Each itinerary is crafted personally so it takes time and back-and-forth between us and you to confirm a trip. If you are active and responsive we can definitely plan a last minute trip, otherwise we prefer to give you time to decide on your options.

We book flights as part of travel packages including hotel or cruise reservations.

We don't book stand-alone flights as this is better done directly with each airline, we can help you with this if needed.

Steps to follow:

Submit a Trip Inquiry: we will contact you to get more details and agree on working together to plan and book your trip
Fill out the Customer Intake form: this creates your confidential profile in our system
Submit a $500 travel advising deposit: this gets applied as a credit to your trip booking
We send you trip ideas and itineraries: it will show live the real-time price of the hotel, cruise, or package
Final conversation, payment, and confirmation of your trip
Get ready to pack and enjoy your trip!

Refundable or not?

This is a dilemma many people phase when booking travel. A non-refundable booking almost always has a lower cost as the hotels and travel partners are willing to give a discount to a guest that cannot cancel, the discount is usually between 10-20%.

On the flip-side, a refundable booking means you have the freedom to make changes and cancellations until the due-date, which sometimes is a few weeks or days in advance of your trip, or all the way until the day before of your arrival at the hotel or cruise. The choice of buying a refundable trip or not is 100% yours.

Get Travel Insurance

You already spent so much time and money on planning your trip, so it makes sense to get travel insurance. Depending on the level of coverage it will protect you in case of needing to cancel last minute (due to covered reasons), and also in case something happens during your trip, from food-borne illnesses to accidental medical needs.
